What counts as a subscriber?
Every reader on your account except the ones who unsubscribed. When someone unsubscribes, their place frees up. We still keep a record of them so they are never emailed again, and that record costs you nothing.
What happens when I hit the send limit?
Sending pauses until your next billing period starts and your allowance resets. Nothing is queued up and there are no overage charges. If you would rather keep sending, turn on automatic upgrades and we move you to the next size up instead. A campaign is checked before it starts, so it is never cut off halfway through your list.
What if my list grows past my plan?
New readers are never turned away. Everyone who signs up is added to your list, even past your plan size, and we let you know so you can move up when it suits you.
How big a list can I sign up for?
You can choose any size up to 10,000 subscribers yourself. For a bigger list, write to us and we will set it up with you.
Is a card required for the free plan?
No. The free plan needs no card. A card is required to start the 30-day sending trial, but you will not be charged until the trial ends and you choose to continue.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. Your first payment is refundable for 14 days, as the Terms explain. Your data stays exportable at any point.
